Meeting Types​

Daily Stand-up (Optional)​

  • Duration: 15 minutes
  • Frequency: Daily (M-F)
  • Attendees: Core team
  • Format:
    • What did you do yesterday?
    • What are you doing today?
    • Any blockers?

Monthly Business Review​

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • Frequency: Monthly
  • Attendees: All department heads + Founder
  • Agenda:
    1. Financial review (System 07)

    3. Key wins and challenges
    4. Action items for next month

Quarterly Strategic Review​

  • Duration: Half-day
  • Frequency: Quarterly
  • Attendees: Leadership team
