1. Setup & Pre-Work

  • Location: Dedicated Microsoft Teams Meeting (Recurring).

2. The Agenda (90 Minutes)

A. Segue (5 Minutes)

  • Goal: Switch gears from "working in the business" to "working on the business."
  • Activity: Each person shares one personal best and one business best from the past week.
  • Scribe: Records these in the Loop component.

C. Rock Review (5 Minutes)

E. To-Do List Review (5 Minutes)

  • Goal: Accountability for last week's tasks.

  • Goal: Solve the biggest problems.

  • Process:
    1. Prioritize: Pick the top 3 issues.
    2. Identify: Dig down to the root cause. (Don't just treat the symptom).

    5. Close: Mark the Issue as "Complete" once the solving task is created.

G. Conclude (5 Minutes)
