  • LMS Vacuum (System 04): Selected Thinkific as the Learning Management System. Defined "Course" vs "Bundle" hierarchy and Student Dashboard requirements.
  • Automation Gap (Sales -> Fulfillment): Selected Zapier as the middleware to automate student enrollment from HubSpot to Thinkific.
  • Brand Identity & Voice (System 02): 02_Marketing/Brand_Identity_and_Voice.md created, defining brand persona, tone, and visual guidelines.
  • Tech Stack Provisioning (System 06): 06_Administration/Tech_Stack_Provisioning_Guide.md created, detailing setup for Thinkific and Zapier.
  • Contractor Management (System 08): 08_People_Management/Contractor_Management.md created, detailing the SOPSOP A documented set of step-by-step instructions compiled by an organization to help workers carry out complex routine operations. for engaging and managing external contractors.

🔄 System Updates​

  • System 04 (Fulfillment): Updated workflows to reflect Thinkific hosting and Zapier automation.
  • LMS Infrastructure: Created new architecture document detailing the Thinkific + Zapier setup.
  • System 03 (Sales): Added Zapier to the tool stack and updated the "Hand-off" workflow.
  • System 06 (Admin): Added Thinkific and Zapier to the IT Infrastructure list.
  • IT & Access Control: Defined user roles and permissions for Thinkific (Site Owner, Course Creator) and Zapier (Admin only).
