1. Executive Summary

The Operational Architecture is now functionally complete for Phase 1 (Launch).

  • Architecture: Green. All 9 systems are defined.
  • Tech Stack: Green. Microsoft 365 + Thinkific + Zapier + HubSpot + QuickBooks Online.
  • Governance: Green. Security, Automation, Hiring, and Financial (Jen/QBO) policies are active.
  • Implementation: Yellow. The "Manual Setup" (creating accounts, folders, boards) is the current bottleneck.

2. Active Gaps & Risks

These are known issues that do not block launch but should be addressed in Phase 2.

A. Fulfillment Workflows (System 04)

  • Issue: We have high-level overviews of Project Delivery, but lack specific Microsoft PlannerPlanner Microsoft Planner, a visual task management tool used to track tasks, issues, and project progress. templates for service delivery (e.g., "New Client Onboarding Board").
  • Impact: Service delivery relies on the Project Manager's memory rather than a standardized checklist.
  • Remediation: Create SOP_Client_Onboarding_Planner.md.

B. Employee Experience (System 08)

  • Issue: Employee_Handbook_Outline.md is an outline, not a full handbook. Benefits are undefined.
  • Impact: Low impact for now (contractor-heavy model), but a blocker for the first Full-Time Employee (FTE) hire.
  • Remediation: Flesh out the Handbook prior to first FTE hire.
