1. Immediate Implementation Checklist (The "Do Now" List)

These items require manual execution by the Admin/Founder to unlock the next phase.

A. Microsoft 365 Setup (System 06)

  • Create Team: Create a "Management" Team in MS Teams.

B. Security & Governance (System 06)

  • MFA Audit: Verify 2FA is enabled on Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Password Manager: Migrate shared credentials to 1Password/LastPass.

C. Thinkific Setup (System 06)

  • Sign Up: Create account at Thinkific.com.
  • Domain: Configure academy.thetechdeputies.com (CNAME record).
  • Branding: Apply colors/fonts from Brand Identity.

2. Short-Term Execution (Next 3-5 Days)

  1. Run First L10L10 A weekly 90-minute leadership meeting with a strict agenda designed to maintain alignment, accountability, and solve issues. Meeting: Use the new SOP on Monday.
  2. Organize SharePoint: Create the folder structure defined in Master Template Catalog.
  3. Build First Course: Follow SOP: Initial Course Build.

3. Backlog (Future Sprints)
