  • System 01 (Management): Created SOP_Running_Weekly_L10.md.
  • System 02 (Marketing):
    • Created Lead_Magnet_Briefing_Process.md to bridge Marketing strategy with Content production.
    • Created Content_Marketing_Calendar.md to standardize publishing workflows in PlannerPlanner Microsoft Planner, a visual task management tool used to track tasks, issues, and project progress..
  • System 03 (Sales): Updated Course_Proposal_Template.md to be a functional Statement of Work (SOW).
  • System 04 (Fulfillment): Created SOP_Client_Onboarding_Planner.md.
  • System 06 (Administration):
    • Created IT_Security_Policy.md (2FA, Password Management).
    • Created Zapier_Automation_Overview.md (Naming conventions).
    • Updated Master_Template_Catalog.md to map templates to SharePoint libraries.
    • Updated Tech_Stack_Provisioning_Guide.md for Microsoft 365.
  • System 07 (Accounting): Updated System_07_Accounting.md to finalize QuickBooks Online (QBO) and external bookkeeper (Jen) as the operational standard.
  • System 08 (People): Created Employee_Handbook.md.
  • System 09 (Support): Created Crisis_Communication_Templates.md.

Resolved Issues (from Dec 16 Audit)

  • Ghost Policies: The missing IT_Security_Policy.md and Zapier_Automation_Overview.md referenced in other docs have been created.
  • Crisis Readiness: The missing Crisis_Communication_Templates.md has been created.
  • Template Usability: The Master_Template_Catalog.md is no longer a "meta-description" but a functional index.

Milestones

  • Brand Definition: Finalized the "Brand Identity & Voice" to ensure consistent communication.
  • Tech Stack Selection: Formally selected Thinkific (LMS) and Zapier (Automation) as the core infrastructure.
  • Governance Foundation: Established the initial Contractor Management and Provisioning protocols.
