AKU (Atomic Knowledge Unit)
A standardized, independent, and reusable piece of knowledge (concept, procedure, script, etc.) that acts as the fundamental building block of the Content Engine.

Content Engine
System 5 of the operational model; the 'Central Nervous System' responsible for transforming raw information into standardized, modular assets for use in courses, marketing, and support.

A project for building, deploying, and maintaining open source project websites easily.

Forgejo
A self-hosted lightweight software forge used for version control and CI/CD.
Founder Dependency
A business state where daily operations and decision-making rely heavily on the founder, acting as a bottleneck to growth.

I

ICP (Ideal Client Profile)
A detailed description of the perfect customer for the business, including demographics, pain points, and firmographics.
IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve)
A problem-solving framework used in L10 meetings to prioritize issues, find root causes, and assign actionable tasks.
IKM (Information & Knowledge Management)
The governance, policies, and systems for creating, storing, organizing, accessing, and retaining company information.

KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
A measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives.

L

L10 (Level 10 Meeting)
A weekly 90-minute leadership meeting with a strict agenda designed to maintain alignment, accountability, and solve issues.

M

Microsoft Loop
A collaboration app used as the organization's 'Brain' to store living documents, AKUs, and meeting notes.
MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
The version of a new product (or system) with just enough features to be usable by early customers/users, allowing for feedback for future product development.

O

OKR (Objectives and Key Results)
A goal-setting framework used to define measurable goals and track their outcomes.

P

Planner
Microsoft Planner, a visual task management tool used to track tasks, issues, and project progress.

R

Rocks
The 3-7 most important priorities for the company or an individual to achieve over the next 90 days (Quarter).

S

Scorecard
A weekly report of 5-15 key metrics that gives a quick pulse on the health of the business.
SME (Subject Matter Expert)
An individual with deep understanding and authority on a specific process, topic, or technology.
SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
A documented set of step-by-step instructions compiled by an organization to help workers carry out complex routine operations.
