- Sales Handoff:
- Sales Rep fills out "Project Intake Form" (HubSpot).
- Details: Client Success metrics, Login credentials, Scope limitations.
- Internal Setup:
- Fulfillment Manager creates MS PlannerPlanner Microsoft Planner, a visual task management tool used to track tasks, issues, and project progress. Board from template (e.g., "Template: CRM Implementation").
- "Client Onboarding" email automation triggers (Welcome Packet).
- Kickoff Call:
- Agenda: Validate Scope, Set Timeline, Define "Done".
- Output: Signed Project Charter.
